Every paid seat includes AI usage, with allowances pooled across your account. Choose from Starter, Growth, Scale, or a custom Enterprise plan.
What Is Humentra Pricing?
Humentra pricing starts at $49 per recruiter seat per month with annual billing. Each plan includes Core Recruitment and Onboarding, AI CV parsing, candidate matching, summaries, and access to supported enterprise deployment environments.
As your requirements grow, higher plans add AI Interviews, Succession Planning, Grow, Talent Marketplace, advanced access controls, and higher job and candidate limits.

AI Usage Included With Every Seat
AI usage is included in every Humentra plan. Starter includes 2 million tokens per seat per month, Growth includes 5 million, and Scale includes 9 million.
Token allowances are pooled across all seats in the account, giving teams flexibility in how AI usage is shared. Additional usage is billed at $12 per million tokens, with no separate per feature AI limits.

Scale
Designed for mid market teams with larger hiring requirements. Scale includes AI Interviews, Succession Planning, Grow, and Talent Marketplace, with up to 200 active jobs and 250,000 candidate records.
Enterprise
Designed for large and global organizations. Enterprise provides custom pricing, unlimited active jobs and candidate records, advanced access controls, included talent modules, and 24/7 support with a TAM.
Simple Account Level Limits
Active job and candidate limits are shared across the entire account rather than applied separately to every recruiter seat.
Only currently open requisitions count toward the active job limit. Closed and archived jobs are unlimited and do not count toward your allowance.
Company Headcount Is Never Billed
Humentra pricing is based on recruiter seats rather than total employee headcount.
This means adding employees to your organization does not automatically increase your Humentra subscription based on workforce size.
Standard Setup Included
There is no onboarding fee for standard setup.
Starter and Growth have no customization fee. Scale and Enterprise customization is priced based on scope when additional requirements apply.
