Humentra pricing is based on recruiter seats, not total employees. Starter begins at $70 per seat per month, Growth at $130, and Scale at $215, all billed annually. Enterprise pricing is custom.
Every paid seat includes Core Recruitment and Onboarding, AI CV parsing, candidate matching, and summaries. Higher plans add AI Interviews, Succession Planning, Grow, Talent Marketplace, VIP Referral, the Agency and Delivery Partner Portal, and deeper access controls.

AI Usage Included With Every Seat
AI usage is included in every paid Humentra plan. Starter includes 5 million tokens per seat per month, Growth includes 10 million, and Scale includes 15 million.
Token allowances are pooled across all seats on your account and reset monthly — for example, 10 Growth seats share 100 million tokens a month. Usage beyond the pooled allowance is billed at $12 per million tokens, and we alert you well before you reach that point.

Designed for mid market teams with larger hiring needs. Includes AI Interviews, SSO, audit log and RBAC, and integrates with SAP, Oracle, and Odoo. Minimum 10 seats.
Enterprise
Designed for large and global organizations. Custom jobs, candidates, and AI allowance, advanced access controls, dedicated deployment options, and 24/7 support with a TAM. Minimum 25+ seats.
Job, Candidate, and Employee Limits Are Pooled
Active job, candidate, and employee-profile limits are annual, apply per account, and are pooled across every seat rather than assigned to each recruiter individually.
Need more capacity than your plan allows? Move up a plan or add an Enterprise block. Each seat is one named user, and plan minimums apply.
Company Headcount Is Never Billed
Humentra pricing is based on recruiter seats rather than total employee headcount — that is what your ERP or core HCM already charges for.
This means adding employees to your organization does not automatically increase your Humentra subscription based on workforce size.
